The event aims to foster connections among students through engaging activities like speed networking, guided tours, interactive panels featuring APTA leadership and staff, and informative presentations from lobbyists as well as representatives from various sections and academies. These experiences are designed to provide valuable insights, encourage professional growth, and inspire collaboration within the physical therapy community.
We will also have opportunities for you to meet with local employers and learn about the various practice areas and settings through our speed dating session.

Professional Development and Technique Labs
Coming Soon – Physical Therapy Technique Labs led by experts in various PT specialties to refresh and enhance your skills. The technique labs will be in person events hosted by MD PT/A programs followed by a happy hour nearby.

APTAMD DEI $2,000 Scholarship
Applications accepted June 1 – July 4.
Must be an APTAMD 2nd or 3rd year DPT or PTA student member in good standing and with a set graduation date.
The scholarship supports the Chapters’ strategic plan on creating a more inclusive association that better reflects those whom we serve.
