APTA Resources for New Delegates
The following education modules are provided to help educate and prepare delegates on what to expect at the House of Delegates.

Meetings are held to discuss:
- Candidates for national office
Each delegate is assigned a candidate to research, develop questions for interviews, and then discuss the candidate with the full Maryland Delegation. All new delegates are connected to a delegate mentor. - Motions being brought to the House of Delegates in Packet 1:
Motion: A formal proposal by a member; before a subject can be considered it must be placed before the assembly in the form of a motion - A follow up on motions in Packet II
Any revisions or amendments to a motion in Packet 1 - The consent calendar
The Consent Calendar is a group of motions that will be adopted as a package by general consent with all presented in 1 single motion.
