APTA Maryland’s Student Special Interest Group (SIG) plans events throughout the year to engage our students through socials, volunteer opportunities, education, and more. Sponsors can choose to participate in these activities. See below for details:

Student National Advocacy Dinner – January 2024

This event will be in person at each participating PT and PTA program participating will host their students to participate in the zoom event.

• 2 minute recorded commercial (mp4 or link to be provided by vendor/company) – Exclusive Opportunity
• Take 1 table at each of the participating PT and PTA programs
• Cost: $400

Student Speed Dating – April 2024

• Roundtables for recruiters to connect with student PTs and PTAs in the DC, MD area
• Cost: $400

Student PT Pub Night  – November 4, 2023 SOLD OUT

• At Union Jack’s 10400 Little Patuxent Pkwy
• Cost includes Food and Beverage
• Sponsors Receieve
  • 30% off any future advertising or exhibits w/ APTAMD (i.e our student conclave in Spring 2024)
  • A full page ad in our annual student resource guide
  • Special Signage at the Annual Conference and Union Jacks
  • Table for Give Aways and Flyers
