Stephen M Levine Award
The Stephen M. Levine award was established to recognize a member who exemplifies the contributions made to the profession by Stephen M. Levine, PT, DPT, MSHA, FAPTA. This award is presented at the Fall Chapter Meeting. Nominees should be physical therapists or physical therapist assistants who demonstrate leadership in the APTA at a state and/or national level, advocate for the profession at the state and/or national level, and are a role model for professionalism.
