All conference education presentations are limited to two speakers. Speaker information will appear exactly as submitted in all conference publications both in print and on-line. Contact co-presenters to ensure the accuracy of this information before finalizing your submission. All credentials should be listed under the field “degree"

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

A conflict of interest reflects a relationship with any entity producing goods or services related to the topic such as having a book in-print, course provider, stock ownership, or board membership.
Instructions for Submissions
  • Top of the Month Tuesday Courses must be 1-2 hours in length
  • Spring Mini CSM Courses must be 2-3 hours in length 
  • Slides / Handouts must be provided at least one week in advance of the event
  • You must include a disclosure slide


APTAMD supports courses that:

  • Demonstrate a direct impact on improving patient care; OR
  • Provide knowledge and skills that can be applied immediately; OR
  • Highlight emerging practices and new perspectives


Evidence Based Content
Minimum of 5 to 7 current bibliographic references, no more than 7 years old (2015 and later).

Submissions will be asked to provide information on level of evidence based on CDC guidance.

  • If one of the options is not selected your submission will not be processed.
